seed moon medicine wheel
I welcome each new moon with the creation of a plant mandala from things found about my garden.
As the Okanagan winter lingers, things are so very bare with few options to choose from. Mostly twigs, pine cones and the dead of last year still. Among this apparent barrenness though the tiny whisper of a new year's fresh growth to come as shrubs begin to reveal the buds of new life. Tiny gems of hope. This is the raw end of winter and I shall be so glad when things begin to warm once more. Not long now, is the mantra we repeat. Not long now...
Is spring come where you are?
